Role summary: The (USA) Manager, Club Solutions, leads strategic initiatives to optimize member experiences by analyzing buying behaviors and channel-specific trends. The manager supports financial planning, monitors supply chain efficiencies, and leverages digital tools to inform decision-making. By fostering strong stakeholder relationships and maintaining clear communication, this position ensures alignment with business objectives while enhancing operational performance and member satisfaction across club channels. About the team: The Club Solutions team supports member success by partnering with club managers, associates, and market managers to ensure clubs have the necessary inventory and resources. The team handles communications through emails and tickets, working proactively to resolve issues before they arise. Leveraging AI daily, they collaborate cross-functionally with replenishment, merchandising, and operations teams. This role currently focuses on the Southeast region, including wholesale trade clubs and island locations, and involves managing special projects and emergency operations such as hurricane and power outage responses. Strong communication and strategic problem-solving skills are essential to this team’s success. What you'll do: Analyze member buying behaviors and channel-specific consumption trends to inform strategic decisions. Monitor and interpret club feedback and data to identify opportunities for improving member experiences. Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop plans that streamline club operations, enhance sales, and member satisfaction. Support emergency operations planning to address network disruptions and local events impacting demand. Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders to drive business performance and operational efficiency. Leverage digital tools and data analytics to inform merchandise and replenishment strategies. What you'll bring: Proven expertise in analyzing member buying behaviors and channel-specific consumption trends to inform strategic decisions. Strong financial management skills, including understanding profit and loss statements and supporting business case development. Experience in stakeholder management with effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams. Proficiency in digital literacy and data analytics to extract insights and drive business planning. Ability to manage allocation processes and optimize inventory flow to maximize sales and member service. Demonstrated leadership in coaching, mentoring, and fostering high-performing teams aligned with company values.
