The role: We are seeking a US Operations Executive to provide practical day-to-day support to the US team, working under the guidance of the US Ops Lead. The role focuses on helping to keep orders, logistics updates, supplier communications, trackers, and operational tasks moving smoothly. This is a support-focused role suited to someone organised, detail conscious, and comfortable following up with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners. Key responsibilities: Operational Support & Service Coordination: Provide administrative and coordination support to the US Ops Lead and wider US operations team. Update order, stock, delivery, and issue trackers accurately and on time. Help monitor order progress, delivery updates, and stock availability, highlighting any issues to the US Ops Lead. Follow up with internal teams to gather information, confirm actions, and keep operational tasks moving. Assist with basic reporting, data checks, and preparation of operational updates for the US Ops Lead. Support the resolution of day-to-day service issues by collecting information, logging updates, and following up on agreed actions. Local Logistics & Supplier Communications: Support day-to-day communication with US suppliers, logistics partners, distributors, and warehousing contacts. Request and share delivery updates, shipment information, order confirmations, and supplier responses. Help track inbound and outbound movements, flagging delays or missing information to the US Ops Lead. Maintain simple communication logs and follow-up lists so open supplier and logistics queries are visible. Assist with chasing purchase order updates, delivery schedules, lead-time information, and proof of delivery where required. Escalate recurring delays, unclear supplier responses, or logistics issues to the US Ops Lead for guidance. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Trackers and reports kept accurate and up to date Supplier and logistics queries followed up in a timely way Delivery, order, and stock issues flagged promptly Clear and consistent updates provided to the US Ops Lead Open actions logged, chased, and closed where possible Who you are: Some experience in an operations, supply chain, logistics, customer service, administration, or coordination role. Strong organisational skills and good attention to detail. Methodical, accurate and reliable, with strong organisational skills. You take pride in keeping spreadsheets, trackers, order notes and follow-up lists up to date.
