About the Opportunity Top Level Transport & Delivery LLC is looking to hire CDL Class A driver professionals Immediately!! who take pride in safe, on-time, driving OTR. New hire will operate company-owned Semi Trucks delivering locally and over-the-road (OTR) freight. This role is designed for drivers who value professionalism, independence, and steady freight. If you believe a driver’s reputation is built load by load through accountability, communication, and consistency, you will excel in this position. Key Responsibilities Operate a Semi Truck OTR & local routes 90% of the time transporting assigned freight Report to dispatch for deliveries by 8:30 AM daily, updating freight movement or preparing for freight loads Maintain professional communication with dispatch at all times Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections and document findings Adhere to DOT safety regulations and company operating procedures Protect and secure freight while maintaining equipment integrity Requirements CDL Class A License Minimum 2 years of verifiable commercial driving experience in a Tractor Trailer 1 year Over-the-road (OTR) driving experience Valid DOT medical card Clean MVR and ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to the dispatch location where company truck location in Duluth, GA Demonstrates strong communication, punctuality, and accountability Compensation and Schedule 1099 independent contractor position Paid weekly by percentage per load 28% Performance-driven earnings with consistent year-round freight Freight delivery begins daily at 8:30 AM Over-the-road schedule with multi-state freight lanes Why Drive With Us Company-owned equipment – no need to provide your own truck- but we do have loads available for drivers with there own truck just let us know.
