URGENT Hire - Warehouse/Operations Manager

SYNLawn Mississippi is looking for a loyal and high-energy individual to manage our warehouse and operations. Must be organized and able to prioritize while working as a Team with all staff and customers. SYNLawn Artificial Grass is the industry leader in turnkey artificial turf solutions across the US. Job Responsibilities: · Maintain a clean and organized office/warehouse at all times · Store materials appropriately to avoid damaged products · Ensure accurate fulfillment of material orders · Respond to project and customer orders in a timely manner . Allocate and stage materials for installation crews prior to project start date . Support installation crews as needed for project success · Responsible for logistics on outgoing material orders · Load and unload materials in a safe manner · Assist installation crews with material requests and emphasize a sense of urgency with morning operations · Communicate effectively with office manager regarding inventory levels and reordering points · Prepare, store and tag product samples · Place order for materials from suppliers – when necessary · Ensure proper maintenance on company vehicles and service equipment · Assist as crew driver when needed - Must have a valid driver's license! · Deliver material orders when needed - Must have a valid driver's license! . Conduct site visits prior to projects start dates. Confirming measurements, materials requirements, and operational efficiencies . Providing boundary markings for area(s) included within scope of work for each project . Assist sales team with project related tasks as needed . Order/Schedule project-specific materials to be delivered to job sites as needed . Manage project from start to finish – Must be a solutions oriented, with experience in fast-paced working environments Qualifications Excellent communication skills and able to use technology systems inventory management, materials allocation, and scheduling. Forklift experience, or comfortability with medium-light machinery is preferred. Construction background preferred.
