Role Overview & Responsibilities
As an ALDI Warehouse Associate, you fulfill inventory orders for regional ALDI stores using power equipment, ensuring accurate pallet assembly and timely trailer loading.
• Order Selection & Voice Picking: Select inventory cases across dry, cooler, and freezer warehouse sections using automated voice-directed pick technology.
• Palletization & Shrink Wrapping: Stack products onto transport pallets efficiently following weight distribution guidelines and securely wrap completed orders for transport.
• Equipment Operation: Safely operate electric ride-on pallet jacks and order pickers within warehouse aisles adhering to strict workplace safety protocols.
