Pay & Schedule
• Pay: Competitive 1099 contract rates, paid bi-weekly by direct deposit
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 7 days a week, with flexible scheduling available
• Start Date: Immediate. Positions are filling fast.
What You'll Do
• Drive your cargo van safely and follow DOT regulations and all state and local traffic laws.
• Load, transport, and deliver freight on assigned local and regional routes.
• Use mobile GPS apps and digital tools to route efficiently and get real-time dispatch updates.
• Get proof of delivery (POD) and customer sign-offs on every completed delivery as required.
• Keep clear, professional communication with our operations team and client dispatchers.
Owner-Operator Requirements
• Vehicle: You must own or lease a road-ready cargo van.
• Licensing: Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
• Insurance: Active commercial auto and cargo insurance. Proof is required before route assignment.
• Physical Ability: Able to lift, load, and maneuver freight as your route requires.
• Professionalism: Dependable and punctual, with a modern smartphone for tracking and apps.
