Overview We are urgently seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as 2nd Shift Pad Printer/Inserter operators. This vital role involves operating high-precision printing and inserting machinery within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ensuring the accurate production of printed materials and inserts for packaging. Responsibilities Operate pad printing and inserter machines efficiently, ensuring high-quality output aligned with production schedules. Interpret production documents, batch records, and work orders accurately to meet specifications. Perform routine machine troubleshooting and minor mechanical adjustments to maintain optimal performance. Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to detect defects or inconsistencies. Support packaging operations by assembling, sealing, labeling, and preparing finished products for shipment. Follow all safety procedures diligently, including proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and adherence to FDA regulations. Document production activities accurately in batch records and update logs as required for regulatory compliance. Assist with warehouse tasks such as inventory management and materials handling to ensure smooth workflow continuity. Skills Proven experience operating industrial machinery such as pad printers, inserters, or similar equipment in a pharmaceutical or manufacturing setting. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues efficiently. Ability to interpret complex production documents, batch records, and work instructions accurately. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and quality checks during production processes. Knowledge of sanitation procedures and cleanroom protocols essential for maintaining product integrity. Excellent attention to detail combined with a proactive approach to safety protocol adherence. Ability to work effectively on the 2nd shift schedule in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality standards.
