• Handle day-to-day ocean freight forwarding operations
• Coordinate shipments, documentation, and delivery schedules
• Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, carriers, and overseas offices
• Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve operational issues as they arise
• Support operational process setup during the U.S. branch launch phase
• Assist with internal coordination and reporting as needed
Qualifications
• At least 5 years of ocean freight forwarding experience in import or export operations is required
• At least 2 years of team leadership, supervisory, or equivalent leadership experience is required
• Excellent communication skills in English are required
• Basic PC skills (typing, document preparation, and general office software) are required

Pay: $70,000.00 - $78,000.00 per year
