About the Opportunity: The UNIV - PROGRAM COORDINATOR II - PROCUREMENT plays a vital role in supporting the university's procurement functions by managing and coordinating the complete contract lifecycle. This position ensures contracts progress smoothly from initiation to execution while maintaining compliance with policies and regulations. The role also facilitates communication among key stakeholders and contributes to process improvements and system implementation, directly impacting the efficiency and integrity of contract administration. Responsibilities: Manage contract intake and administration, including record maintenance in the contract management system Coordinate contract review and redlining with legal and external suppliers Prepare contracts for execution by ensuring proper formatting and approvals Assist in developing and implementing process improvements Support creation of training materials for contract administration Maintain databases, dashboards, and provide contract status reports Facilitate communication among procurement team, legal, finance, departments, and external partners Perform additional duties as assigned Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain, public administration, legal studies, or related field, or equivalent experience (four years in relevant program, procurement, or contract administration) Experience with contract documentation, systems, or workflows Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Artificial Intelligence tools Familiarity with contract management systems Pay Range and Compensation Package: $53,142.00 to $90,372.00 annually Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
