Crafted Highlights In the role of Unit Manager – Production Services, working in our Fort Worth Brewery, you will lead production planning, scheduling, inventory management, and distribution operations to ensure efficient product flow from brewing through customer delivery. You will be responsible for optimizing brewery throughput, balancing customer demand with operational capacity, and driving supply chain performance through effective planning, execution, and continuous improvement. Working closely with brewery leadership, corporate supply planning, customer service, logistics providers, and other cross-functional partners, you will align brewing, packaging, warehousing, and shipping activities to maximize service, inventory performance, and operational efficiency. Leveraging data and performance insights, you will identify opportunities, mitigate risks, resolve constraints, and support effective decision-making across the brewery. You will also lead and develop a team of planning and scheduling professionals while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Compliance with all safety, food safety, quality, and regulatory requirements is essential to ensuring product quality, operational performance, and customer satisfaction. What You'll Be Brewing Lead the development and optimization of production, shipping, and distribution schedules to ensure efficient product flow, maximize service levels, and support customer demand while minimizing operational costs and complexity. Develop, execute, and continuously improve brewery throughput plans by aligning brewing, packaging, warehousing, and shipping activities to maximize asset utilization and operational efficiency. Partner with production leadership to balance capacity, inventory targets, service requirements, and operational priorities, making schedule adjustments as needed to address changing business demands. Oversee finished goods inventory management to ensure product availability, maintain inventory accuracy, minimize waste, and support customer fulfillment objectives. Monitor and analyze production and inventory performance, identifying risks, constraints, and opportunities to improve operational effectiveness and supply chain performance. Serve as the primary liaison between brewery operations, corporate supply planning, customer service, logistics providers, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment on production schedules, inventory availability, and fulfillment priorities. Communicate production plan changes, operational risks, and supply constraints while facilitating cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making. Lead, coach, and develop a team of production planning and scheduling professionals, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. Drive talent development, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness initiatives to build a high-performing team. Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, quality systems, and food safety requirements while supporting organizational change and continuous improvement efforts.
