Unarmed Dispatcher HOA - Durango/Warm Springs - $27 Per Hour

NOW HIRING – DISPATCHER - UNARMED - HOA LOCATION: Durango / Warm Springs – Las Vegas, NV PAY RATE: $27.00 per hour EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-Time – 32 Hours Per Week SCHEDULE: Open Availability Required, Including Weekends BENEFITS & COMPENSATION Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (subject to plan eligibility). Holiday premium pay at the overtime rate for hours worked on six Company-designated major holidays. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS Must possess a valid Nevada PILB Guard Card. Must have a minimum of one (1) year of dispatching experience. Must possess a valid driver's license. Must have reliable transportation. Must maintain an acceptable driving record in accordance with Company standards. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to accurately read, interpret, prepare, and document reports. Must be proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to work independently and exercise sound judgment. Must maintain professionalism and effective communication with personnel, management, and clients. Must comply with Company dress code, grooming, and professional appearance standards, subject to applicable law and reasonable accommodations. Must have open availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on operational and staffing needs. Must successfully complete applicable pre-employment screening requirements, including a background check and drug screening (urine test), in accordance with applicable law. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and complete the required Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification, upon hire in accordance with federal law.
