Legal Advice in Public Procurement • Providing legal support on all public procurement procedures (works, supplies, services, etc.
) • Legally securing consultation files, analysis reports, award decisions, and ongoing execution risks • Ensuring constant legal and regulatory monitoring in the field of public procurement law • Advising operational services on contractual arrangements (framework agreements, tranched contracts, allotments, etc.

Procurement Management, Administrative Follow-up, and Control • Providing a report on ongoing and finalized procedures • Keeping up-to-date with dashboards and indicators for monitoring procurement • Keeping up-to-date with dashboards for monitoring and managing public procurement • Checking the legal regularity of acts related to public procurement • Participating in the management of possible public procurement disputes
Required Profile
• Bachelor's degree +3 to +5 in public law, excellent knowledge of public law, in particular public procurement law • Ideally complementary training in public procurement management, knowledge of procurement techniques and negotiation • Mastery of office tools (Word, Excel) and dematerialization platforms • Good writing and legal analysis skills • Rigor, organization skills • Analytical and synthesis skills • Autonomy and reactivity • Curiosity • Sense of public service, pedagogy, and team spirit • Ability to dialogue with various stakeholders (technical services, elected officials, economic operators)
Additional Information
Professional experience:
