Duties Lead and supervise daily store operations, ensuring smooth workflow and high performance standards Manage inventory control, including stock replenishment, merchandising, and purchasing to meet customer demand Supervise and support employee Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate staff Handle customer inquiries with professionalism via phone or in-person, ensuring excellent service experiences Utilize POS systems for transactions, pricing adjustments, and sales reporting to support operational efficiency Ensure the store is clean, safe, and well-maintained Manager returns, exchanges, and special requests Experience Proven management experience in retail store environments with a focus on sales team leadership and operational oversight Strong background in retail industry sales management with expertise in retail math, budgeting, and inventory management Demonstrated ability to supervise staff effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service excellence Skilled in negotiation, merchandising, and inventory control to optimize store profitability Experience with POS systems, cash handling procedures Excellent organizational skills combined with time management capabilities to prioritize tasks efficiently Join our family owned men's retail store with a large tuxedo/suit rental department.
