Turret Driver / Narrow Aisle Picker Location: Plymouth, MI Schedule: Full-Time, Onsite | 3rd Shift or Split Shift (10:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Range: $19.00 – $21.00/hour About the Opportunity A fastener manufacturer in Plymouth, MI is seeking two Turret Drivers / Narrow Aisle Pickers to support warehouse and material handling operations. This role operates a guided narrow aisle picker, where the operator rises with the equipment to retrieve parts and materials from warehouse storage locations. The position is ideal for someone with warehouse or receiving experience who is comfortable working at height, maintaining accurate inventory, and operating material handling equipment in a manufacturing environment. One opening is available on 3rd shift, with a second opening on a 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM schedule. What You'll Do Operate a guided narrow aisle picker to retrieve warehouse parts and materials Pull and stage stock according to pick sheets and production requirements Verify part numbers, quantities, and order accuracy Use RF scanners to track inventory and material movement Weigh bins and print labels as needed Move materials between production areas and the warehouse Maintain accurate inventory and material handling records Follow established warehouse organization and 5S practices Follow required safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE Maintain a clean and organized work area What You Bring 1–2 years of warehouse, receiving, or material handling experience preferred Previous forklift or narrow aisle equipment experience preferred Forklift license preferred Comfortable operating equipment that raises the operator to warehouse storage levels Ability to use RF scanners and basic warehouse technology SAP experience is a plus Ability to accurately follow pick sheets, labels, and inventory procedures Ability to lift approximately 25–30 lbs.
