Trucking Onboarding Manager

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Onboarding Manager for truck drivers. The ideal candidate would lead our onboarding process and ensure a seamless transition for new hires into our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience with Tenstreet.com and understand FMCSA and DOT requirements. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective onboarding programs Facilitate the onboarding process, including orientation sessions and training schedules Utilize Tenstreet.com to manage applications, background checks, and the Clearinghouse Negotiate contracts and agreements related to onboarding processes as needed Provide ongoing support to new employees during their transition period, addressing any questions or concerns they may have Qualifications Proven experience in hiring truck drivers Familiarity with Tensteet.com or similar is highly desirable. Experience with FMCSA and DOT requirements for truck drivers Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster good relationships across all levels of the organization Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Join us in creating an exceptional onboarding experience that sets the stage for success at our company!
