Winter TruckingAbout the Role We are looking for a Dispatcher / Scale Operator to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that plays a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. You’ll be responsible for coordinating trucks, managing scale operations, and ensuring clear communication between drivers, customers, and the yard. Key Responsibilities Dispatch trucks efficiently and coordinate daily schedules Operate the scale (weighing trucks in and out accurately) Communicate with drivers, customers, and team members throughout the day Track loads, deliveries, and job progress Handle paperwork and basic data entry Troubleshoot issues and adjust schedules as needed What We’re Looking For Punctual and reliable Strong communication skills (clear, direct, and professional) Ability to work independently and take initiative Highly organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Problem-solver with a proactive mindset Experience in dispatching, trucking, or logistics ( 2 Years+ Preferred) Nice to Have (but not required) Experience operating a scale Why Join Us Consistent weekday schedule Stable, long-term position Supportive and hardworking team environment Opportunity to take ownership of your role and make an impact Job Type: Full-time Pay: $27.00-$32.00 per hour Benefits: Extended health care Experience: Dispatch: 2 years (preferred) Work Location: In person
