In this role, you will drive the full-cycle recruiting process, leveraging your expertise in talent acquisition, HR sourcing, and relationship management to attract skilled OTR drivers. Responsibilities Lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for trucking and logistics roles, including driver recruitment, records screening, DT, Flights. Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies utilizing social media marketing (recruitment), job boards, talent management software, and HR systems. Conduct thorough interviewing processes to assess candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit while ensuring compliance with employment law in talent management. Negotiate employment contracts and facilitate onboarding processes including driver orientation and onboarding. Experience Proven success in high-volume recruitment within the trucking or transportation industry, demonstrating expertise in full cycle recruiting from sourcing to onboarding. Strong negotiation skills. Demonstrated ability to develop strategic relationships through cold calling, research, social media management (recruitment), and lead generation activities. Knowledge of employment law applicable to talent acquisition and experience managing internal recruiting efforts alongside external recruiting channels. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse candidates across multiple platforms while maintaining a professional demeanor.
