Establish method of payment from customer. Input write up onto repair order. Prepare service invoices. Convert labor operations times in dollars. Maintain appointment list. Assist other service personnel in their duties. Experience Clerical and Administrative skills. Knowledge of product. Customer relation ability. Ability to efficiently communicate orally and in writing. Experience in upselling services or products is a plus.
