oin our team in the Las Vegas area. This is a hands-on, physically demanding job for someone who is comfortable working around semi-trucks, trailers, heavy equipment, water, cleaning chemicals, pressure-washing equipment, and outdoor conditions. If you are someone who shows up on time, works with urgency, pays attention to detail, takes direction, and wants to develop real skills in truck washing, detailing, polishing, and fleet appearance, we want to hear from you.
THE JOB
You will help provide professional cleaning and appearance services for semi-trucks, tractors, trailers, heavy equipment, and occasionally automobiles. Your work will be seen on trucks traveling throughout the interstate system, and the quality of your work matters to our customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Wash and detail semi-trucks, tractors, trailers, heavy equipment, and other vehicles.
• Perform professional exterior truck washing using pressure washers, hoses, brushes, hand‑scrubbing techniques, and chemical cleaning products.
• Perform detailed cleaning of truck exteriors, wheels, tires, frames, tanks, trailers, and other areas as assigned.
• Learn and perform truck detailing, polishing, brightwork restoration, and appearance services.
• Safely and properly use pressure-washing equipment and truck-washing tools.
• Mix and use cleaning chemicals according to company procedures and safety requirements.
• Identify different surfaces and understand that different materials may require different cleaning methods.
• Protect vehicle finishes by using the correct chemicals, tools, pressure, and cleaning techniques.
• Follow established wash procedures and quality standards.
• Inspect completed work and correct missed areas before releasing the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Properly care for hoses, pressure washers, brushes, polishers, chemicals, PPE, and other company equipment.
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, vehicle damage, or other issues to management.
• Accurately record completed washes and work activities using a computer, mobile device, or worksheet.
• Provide professional and respectful customer service.
• Work efficiently while maintaining quality and safety.
• Work independently when assigned and contribute effectively as part of a team.
• Perform additional duties and learn additional services as business needs require.
TRUCK WASH / DETAILING SKILLS WE VALUE
Experience with any of the following is a strong plus:
• Semi-truck washing
• Tractor‑trailer detailing
• Fleet washing
• Heavy‑equipment washing
• Pressure washing
• Truck detailing
• Aluminum polishing
• Metal polishing
• Brightwork polishing
• Wheel and tire cleaning
• Interior truck detailing
• Degreasing
• Chemical washing
• Hand scrubbing
• Paint‑safe washing techniques
• Mobile washing operations
Professional semi-truck washing, detailing, and/or polishing experience is highly valued. Automotive car-washing experience is welcome, but car detailing alone is not considered equivalent to heavy‑duty truck washing experience. We are particularly interested in applicants who understand the size, physical demands, equipment, and attention to detail required when working on commercial trucks.
