Truck Technician 310T or Apprentice

Progressive, growing Bus and Truck repair facility in Cambridge, Looking for a 310T technician or apprentice, or a 310S who wants to apprentice for 310T Top dollar paid as well as benefits Friendly, professional work environment. We do general repair as well as annual inspections -wages negotiable on experience. Working on Trucks and Transit Buses All inquiries and applications are in confidence. Duties Assist senior technicians with routine maintenance and repair tasks on trucks, trailers, and industrial equipment Use hand tools and power tools to perform basic repairs and assembly work Support heavy lifting activities using forklifts or other heavy equipment safely and efficiently Help with vehicle inspections, including checking schematics and electrical systems to identify issues Maintain cleanliness of the shop area and organize tools and parts for efficient workflow Follow safety protocols diligently during all shop activities to ensure a safe working environment Qualifications 2 to 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN Heavy Truck Repair is required Basic mechanical knowledge with familiarity in hand tools, power tools, and schematics Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently Experience working with commercial trucks and trailers, heavy equipment, HVAC systems, welding, brake, tire, suspension, or electrical systems is advantageous Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude toward teamwork Willingness to learn about heavy equipment shop operations and required skills in this industry Valid driver’s license preferred; certification in forklift operation or industrial equipment is a plus Kickstart your career in the heavy-duty vehicle industry!
