We are actively recruiting reliable, professional cargo van and Sprinter van owner-operators for dedicated Walmart last-mile delivery routes. We are looking for independent contractors who take pride in providing dependable service and are interested in consistent delivery opportunities. Limited positions available. Immediate onboarding for qualified applicants. Pay & Schedule $225 per completed delivery route Up to $1,125 weekly working 5 days Up to $1,575 weekly working 7 days Route availability: 5–7 days per week Start time: 10:45 AM (arrive by 10:30 AM) Routes typically take 6–8 hours Usually fewer than 100 stops and packages Routes may occasionally exceed typical duration or volume Payment is based on successfully completed routes. Weekly earnings depend on route availability and completed work. Responsibilities Report to your assigned Walmart pickup location. Safely load customer orders into your vehicle. Deliver merchandise directly to customers’ homes. Follow delivery instructions and procedures. Complete deliveries accurately and professionally. Maintain reliable communication with dispatch. Vehicle Requirements Must own or have access to a cargo van or Sprinter van. Approved rental vehicles may be considered. Vehicle must be reliable and suitable for transporting customer orders. Required commercial-use insurance and vehicle documentation must be maintained. Driver Qualifications Valid driver’s license Must successfully pass a criminal background check. Must pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) screening. Acceptable driving history Reliable smartphone with GPS Ability to safely load, transport, and deliver customer orders Strong time management and customer service skills No pre-employment drug test is anticipated for this opportunity, subject to final program confirmation.
