Job Overview We are seeking experienced Truck Owner Operators to join our team. This role involves over-the-road (OTR) driving, primarily focusing on flatbed loads, with responsibilities including truck loading and unloading. Candidates must own their own truck and adhere to all DOT regulations. Responsibilities Operate your own flatbed truck on over-the-road (OTR) routes across various regions. Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and safety standards. Load and unload freight efficiently and securely, maintaining safety protocols at all times. Manage route planning to optimize delivery schedules and fuel efficiency. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle inspections, and cargo documentation. Perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance to ensure the truck remains in optimal condition. Communicate effectively with dispatch and clients regarding delivery status and any issues encountered during transit. Requirements Must own a valid flatbed truck, dry van ,reefer suitable for OTR routes. Proven experience as a Truck Owner Operator with a clean driving record. Knowledge of DOT regulations and compliance requirements. Ability to handle loading and unloading processes safely and efficiently. Strong organizational skills for route planning and documentation management. Excellent communication skills for coordination with dispatch and clients. Commitment to safety, professionalism, and punctuality on all deliveries.
