Responsibilities Coordinate and schedule truck shipments to optimize route efficiency and delivery times. Monitor vehicle availability and manage dispatch operations. Communicate effectively with drivers, warehouse staff, and customers to resolve any shipping issues. Track and document shipment progress and provide status updates. Ensure compliance with company policies and transportation regulations. Assist in the maintenance of logistics records and reports. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional logistics or supply chain training preferred. Experience in transportation or logistics coordination is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient with logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
