Truck Loader - Graveyard

Andersen Dairy, Inc. is searching for Truck Loaders to join the team. This is a great opportunity for someone that enjoys being physically active and doesn't mind a cold and wet environment. We are looking for team members that are dependable and understand getting a job done safety and efficiently. About the Job: Graveyard shift is 11:45PM-9AM with Sunday and Wednesday off. (.75 shift differential) Start $ 20.75 @90 days $ 21.25 @ 6 months $ 21.50 @ 1 year $ 21.75 Day shift is 9am to done, this shift needs more flexibility as it could be an 8 hour day or longer. At times it could be less. Pay scale is the same minus $.75 Essential Responsibilities and Duties: Pull staged orders and other products out of docking area, load product on appropriate route truck or trailer Check off items on load sheet as loaded, verifying accuracy; make notations for any shorted items Verify that item(s) placed on truck/trailer is item ordered Complete all paperwork accurately Handle products to assure minimum damage Rotate products on a daily basis Unload product received from vendors Place received product in correct area, to assure proper rotation of products Able to operate pallet jack with proper training Support other departments Perform safety inspections in manufacturing or industrial setting. Clean rooms and work areas daily Physical Demands / Working Conditions: Lifting up to 50lbs frequently Push/Pull 880lbs on wheels Wet area and floors Must be reliable and available to work extra hours and/or overtime as needed and be available to flex hours Frequent bending, pulling, pushing and carrying Noise level is moderate to loud, ear plugs required and provided Subject to walking, standing, repetitive motions including: stooping, finger work, grasping with hands/wrists, reaching, bending, climbing, handling, hearing and talking Work outside and inside Work around machinery with moving parts Company provides all personal protection equipment (PPE) What we offer: Health Insurance Packages after 60 days - Medical (Providence), Dental, Vision and Life Insurance For employee only, $100/month, split between 2 checks For employee plus one person, 348.02/month, split between 2 checks is 174.01 For employee plus two or more, 726.06/month, split between 2 checks is 363.03 Retirement savings options with company matching of up to 3% of wages after 60 days.
