Truck Loader / Driver Helper MinnLogix is hiring reliable and hardworking Truck Loaders to support our daily delivery operations in Rosemount, MN. This position is ideal for someone looking for consistent part-time morning work with the opportunity to move into a full-time Driver Helper or Delivery Driver position. Schedule Start Time: 6:00 AM Typical Shift: 4–6 hours per day Schedule: Morning shifts; work continues until assigned trucks are loaded and ready for dispatch. Additional hours may be available by riding with a driver and assisting with deliveries after the morning loading operation is complete. Responsibilities Load delivery trucks accurately and efficiently Organize packages to help drivers complete their routes efficiently Safely lift, carry, move, and position packages Handle packages ranging from small parcels to large and heavy items Maintain an organized and safe loading area Assist drivers with deliveries when additional hours are desired Follow MinnLogix safety and operating procedures Requirements Applicants must: Be at least 21 years old Pass a drug screening, including THC Pass a background check Have a clean driving record Be dependable and consistently available for a 6:00 AM start Be physically capable of repeatedly lifting and moving packages weighing 50–150 lbs. , including team-lifting or using available equipment for heavier items Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment Work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision Opportunity for Full-Time Work Employees who want additional hours may have the opportunity to work as a Driver Helper , riding with a delivery driver and assisting with deliveries after trucks are loaded.
