Job Overview MUST BE FORKLIFT CERTIFIED AND BE ABLE TO READ AND WRITE ENGLISH. PERFERABLY ALSO BE ABLE TO SPEAK OTHER LANGUEGES. HAVE TO BE ABLE TO PASS A PISS TEST NO EXCEPTIONS As a Truck Loader, you’ll keep warehouse distribution moving by preparing orders and loading or unloading freight safely and accurately. You’ll use material handling equipment, follow established safety protocols, and coordinate with warehouse teammates to support timely shipping and receiving. This is a hands-on role involving physical work and attention to detail. Duties Load and unload trailers, stage freight, and move materials to designated areas Pick and verify orders using the WO tickets provided by the front office. Operate equipment such as forklifts, saran wrap machine, & metal banders. Support inventory management by organizing stock and reporting discrepancies Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) requirements and site safety procedures Your impact: Accurate, safe loading helps shop team prepare complete shipments and helps customers receive the right materials. Skills Essential: Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting, follow safety protocols, and work carefully in a fast-paced warehouse Essential: Basic math skills and attention to detail for order picking, scanning, and shipment checks Preferred: Warehouse experience, including warehouse operations, shipping and receiving, or materials handling Preferred: Experience with heavy equipment operation or material handling equipment operation, including forklift, pallet jack, clamp truck, crane, or order picker Preferred: Inventory management experience; warehouse supervisor experience is also valued Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week Benefits: Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
