• Support shipping, receiving, order picking, and cross-dock operations.
• Follow proper loading techniques and safety procedures.
• Meet productivity goals in a high-volume warehouse environment.
Requirements
• 0-2 years of warehouse, loading/unloading, order picking, or general labor experience.
• Ability to repeatedly lift up to 60 lbs and work in hot conditions.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Basic computer skills and experience using scanners preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Sutherland, VA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.60 - $27.30/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
