OUR CORE VALUES Integrity | Compassion | Empowerment | Sustainability What You Will Achieve The Truck Loader is the link between our production, fabrication, and delivery operation. You will create shipping routes, load product, and route trucks for delivery to customers. How You Will Do It Coordinate and execute the loading of SAPS and transfer trucks according to production schedules and shipping requirements Plan, coordinate, and execute truck routing schedules to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods Operate forklift and material moving equipment Use a computer to perform data entry Operate a tractor trailer within the confines of the facility (training provided on the job) Maintain regular and predictable attendance Perform other related duties as assigned Basic Requirements WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Minimum of 6 months of related experience 6 months of prior forklift operating experience preferred; candidates without it must be able to be licensed to operate mobile equipment, including forklift and 4D Valid driver's license (CDL not required) Knowledge of arithmetic Basic computer skills, including a working knowledge of ERP systems (Visual/Smart Views) and truck routing software Physical Requirements Routinely required to stand and walk; use hands to handle and feel; reach with arms and hands; and climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl Routinely performs repetitive movements such as bending, twisting, reaching, lifting, and pulling Routinely lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move more than 50 pounds Vision requirements include depth perception and the ability to adjust focus Must be able to wear all necessary safety equipment Routinely work in a noisy environment Ability to work in a non-temperature-controlled environment Routinely exposed to moving and mechanical parts and potential exposure to electrical shock What You Can Expect From Us Competitive pay: $20–$23/hr + bonuses Schedule: Sunday–Thursday, 7:00 PM–3:30 AM Weekly pay 16 days of PTO in your first year 401(k) with match starting Day 1 Medical, dental, and vision coverage effective the 1st of the month after hire HSA with company contribution up to $1,500, FSA, and wellness premium discount Company-paid life insurance, short- and long-term disability, parental leave, and tuition reimbursement Pet insurance, healthcare concierge, EAP, and more!
