Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Truck Equipment and Hydraulic Parts Person to join our team. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, assisting in parts administration, overseeing inventory, and supporting sales efforts related to truck equipment and hydraulic parts. The ideal candidate will be proactive in internal communication and data entry, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.t. Responsibilities Assist customers by providing knowledgeable support on truck equipment and hydraulic parts, ensuring their needs are accurately understood and fulfilled. Manage parts administration tasks, including processing orders, updating records, and maintaining accurate documentation. Oversee inventory levels of truck equipment and hydraulic parts, conducting regular stock checks and replenishing supplies as needed. Perform data entry related to sales transactions, inventory updates, and customer information with accuracy and attention to detail. Facilitate internal communication among team members to coordinate orders, stock management, and customer requests effectively. Support sales initiatives by promoting products, assisting with order processing, and providing product information to customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Excellent organizational skills for parts administration and inventory management. Proficiency in data entry with high accuracy and attention to detail. Good interpersonal skills for internal communication within the team. Basic knowledge of truck equipment and hydraulic parts is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to multitask efficiently in a dynamic environment.
