Warehouse & Driver – Caesar Event Rentals Houston We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Warehouse & Truck Driver with logistics experience to join our growing team at Caesar Event Rentals Houston. This position combines warehouse duties with professional driving and requires someone who can handle both responsibilities efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, takes pride in organization, and ensures smooth delivery and return of rental equipment for events across Texas. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Operations: Prepare and organize event rental orders according to pull sheets. Load and unload furniture, linens, décor, and event equipment safely. Clean, inspect, and maintain all items before and after events. Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards. Assist with inventory counts, restocking, and reporting damaged or missing items. Coordinate with office staff to ensure all outgoing and incoming orders are accurate. Driving & Delivery: Safely operate a 26’ box truck for deliveries, pickups, and event setups. Ensure all equipment is secured properly for transport. Deliver orders on time and communicate professionally with clients and planners. Assist with on-site setups and breakdowns as needed. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs. Follow company delivery schedules and maintain a clean driving record. Requirements Experience: Minimum 2 years in logistics, event rentals, or delivery operations. License: Valid driver’s license with experience operating a 26’ box truck (CDL not required but preferred). Physical Ability: Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle furniture and heavy rental items. Skills: Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail. Attitude: Reliable, professional, and team-oriented. Availability: Flexible schedule including weekends and occasional late hours during event season. Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour Work Location: In person
