This role is suited to a self-starting, enthusiastic communicator with excellent phone skills. Duties Identify and engage prospective CDL drivers for available truck driving positions. Communicate with candidates by phone, share relevant role information, and support them through the recruiting process. Your impact: Connecting qualified drivers with open positions helps keep trucks staffed and supports the transportation operation. Maintain clear, professional communication with candidates throughout recruiting conversations. Requirements Strong communication skills and excellent phone skills.
