Truck Driver Recruiter

Overview As a Truck Driver Recruiter, you’ll connect qualified drivers with opportunities and guide candidates through the hiring process. You’ll use full-cycle recruiting, candidate sourcing, sales, and relationship management to build a strong pipeline while delivering a clear, respectful candidate experience. Your impact: By matching drivers with roles that fit their qualifications and goals, you help candidates make informed career decisions and support transportation teams in filling critical positions. Duties Source and engage candidates through cold calling, lead generation, social media marketing, research, and external recruiting channels. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, negotiate offers, and coordinate employee orientation and follow-up. Manage high-volume recruitment and internal recruiting workflows; maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS), human resources (HR) systems, talent management software, UltiPro, or Kenexa BrassRing, as applicable. Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, campuses, and external partners; support campus recruitment, executive recruiting, and technical recruiting as business needs require. Apply HR legal compliance and employment and labor law requirements; contribute to employee relations, employee evaluation, training and development, talent management, and succession planning activities as assigned. Requirements Experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, including interviewing, candidate sourcing, and full-cycle recruiting; truck driver recruitment experience is valuable. Strong communication, negotiation, sales, and relationship management skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and candidate conversations. Working knowledge of human resources practices, employment law in talent management, and recruiting compliance. Familiarity with ATS and HR systems; experience with UltiPro or Kenexa BrassRing is helpful. Executive recruiting, campus recruitment, technical recruiting, and talent management experience are preferred, not required. Pay: $19.50 - $23.50 per hour Expected hours: No more than 40.0 per week Work Location: In person
