Marsa Transportation, Inc.We are a growing transportation company seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to source, screen, and onboard CDL Class A drivers. Responsibilities: Recruit OTR CDL-A drivers Manage leads from job boards and social media Conduct phone screenings Verify employment history Coordinate MVR, PSP, Drug Testing, and Clearinghouse reviews Track applicants through the hiring process Improve driver retention through effective communication Requirements: Prior CDL driver recruiting experience preferred Knowledge of FMCSA hiring requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently Compensation: Base pay plus performance bonus for successful hires Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 54.0 per week Benefits: 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee assistance program Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Parental leave Professional development assistance Retirement plan Vision insurance Work Location: In person
