Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to join our dynamic talent acquisition team. In this vital role, you will drive the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. Your proactive approach will help us attract top talent across various functions, manage high-volume recruitment campaigns, and support strategic initiatives such as campus recruitment and succession planning. Duties Coordinate full cycle recruiting efforts, from candidate sourcing and screening to interview scheduling and offer negotiations Utilize talent management software and applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or HR systems to streamline recruitment workflows Conduct candidate sourcing through social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and external recruiting channels to build a robust talent pipeline Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment on hiring needs and employment law compliance Support campus recruitment initiatives by engaging with universities, organizing career fairs, and conducting interviews for entry-level roles Assist in employee orientation, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation activities to promote a positive candidate experience Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities, ensuring compliance with employment & labor law and HR legal standards Skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication skills to engage candidates and hiring managers effectively Proven experience in high volume recruitment, technical recruiting, executive recruiting, and sales-based sourcing strategies Deep understanding of HR sourcing techniques including social media marketing (recruitment), cold calling, research, and lead generation Proficiency with talent management software such as UltiPro, Kenexa BrassRing, or similar HR systems and ATS platforms like Taleo or Workday Knowledge of employment law in talent management, employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and employee relations practices Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated relationship management skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and build strong networks within the industry Join us as a Recruiting Coordinator if you’re passionate about connecting talented individuals with opportunities that make a difference.
