Position: Non-CDL Company Driver / Owner-Operator Compensation: 23% of Gross Revenue Equipment: 26ft Box Truck (Under 26,000 lbs GVWR) License: Standard Driver’s License (No CDL Required) + DOT Medical Card Routes: Regional & Over-the-Road (OTR) Job Overview We are onboarding reliable Non-CDL Company Drivers and Non-CDL Owner-Operators to move freight across our active network. No commercial driver's license (CDL) is required. You earn a straight 23% of gross load revenue on every run, backed by transparent loads and dedicated 24/7 dispatch coordination. Compensation & Settlements 23% Gross Revenue Pay: Your payout is tied directly to what the load pays—more gross means higher earnings. Full Transparency: Direct access to rate sheets so you know the load rate before running. Weekly Payouts: Direct deposit settlements processed weekly with detailed breakdowns. Roles & ResponsibilitiesFor Company Drivers: Operate company-assigned 26ft box trucks safely and responsibly. Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections. Maintain clear communication with dispatch regarding ETAs, arrivals, and delays. Secure freight properly using e-tracks, load bars, and straps. Collect and upload clean Proof of Delivery (POD) / Bill of Lading (BOL) documents promptly via mobile app. For Owner-Operators: Provide a well-maintained 26ft box truck (GVWR under 26,000 lbs). Liftgate and pallet jack preferred. Run under our authority or your own MC/DOT. Manage your vehicle operations while receiving optimized, high-yield load assignments. Qualifications & Requirements Valid Driver’s License: Standard regular class driver's license (no CDL needed). DOT Medical Card: Current and valid medical examiner’s certificate (required for interstate commercial freight). Driving Record: Clean MVR (no DUIs, reckless driving, or major violations in the last 3 years). Experience: Minimum 6 to 12 months experience driving a 26ft box truck or commercial delivery vehicle. Age & Eligibility: 21+ years of age and legally authorized to work in the US. Tech Comfort: Smartphone proficiency for ELD logging, GPS routing, and instant document uploads.
