Truck Driver / Navigator – Management Track-

Role: Truck Driver / Navigator – Management Track Position: Full-Time & Part-Time Available 2–5 shifts per week | Approximately 7–10 hours per shift Pay: $21–$28/hour, including base wage, commission, and tips Looking for More Than Just a Driver We are hiring a Driver/Navigator to work in the field with our team, but we are particularly interested in finding someone who wants to grow into a leadership or management position within the company. For the right person, there may be an opportunity to transition into a larger operational/management role within approximately 3–6 months . This is not an automatic promotion based on time with the company. We are looking for someone who demonstrates reliability, initiative, strong communication, leadership potential, attention to detail, and the ability to help manage both people and daily operations. We provide complete training, and you'll develop experience in customer service, sales, quoting, logistics, team leadership, and business operations. What You'll Be Doing Providing excellent customer service and building rapport with clients Driving company trucks safely between job sites, disposal facilities, and our shop Navigating and helping manage the day's schedule and jobs Loading and unloading furniture, junk, construction debris, and other materials Communicating with customers regarding pricing, services, and job expectations Helping ensure company procedures and safety standards are followed Working closely with other team members and helping keep jobs organized and efficient Taking increasing responsibility for daily operations as you develop within the role What We're Looking For A great attitude and strong work ethic Reliable, punctual, and organized Comfortable communicating with customers and coworkers Goal-oriented, motivated, and interested in professional growth Someone who takes initiative rather than waiting to be told what to do Ability to lead by example and eventually help manage others Valid driver's licence Experience driving 3–5 ton trucks is strongly preferred Physically capable of repetitive lifting and comfortable with demanding work Able to repeatedly lift approximately 50 lbs Management & Growth Potential We are actively looking for someone who could eventually take on more responsibility within First Choice Junk Removal. A strong candidate may progress from: Driver/Navigator → Senior Driver/Team Lead → Operations/Management Role Potential management responsibilities may include: Coordinating crews and daily schedules Training and supervising employees Maintaining company standards and procedures Assisting with quoting and customer issues Monitoring trucks, equipment, and shop operations Helping improve day-to-day business operations We offer performance-based raises and increased responsibilities for employees who demonstrate that they are ready to grow.
