Truck Driver/Laborer

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating pickup trucks and Stake-Body pickup. This role involves transporting Mechanical Construction Materials and Equipment to designated locations while ensuring compliance with all safety regulations and company policies. The Truck Driver will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency of our logistics operations. Duties Operate trucks to transport Tools, Material and Equipment to various locations in a timely manner. Load and unload cargo securely and efficiently, ensuring proper handling of goods. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, vehicle maintenance, and cargo details as required by regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding delivery schedules and any issues that may arise. Adhere to all traffic laws and safety protocols while on the road. Utilize forklifts or other equipment as necessary for loading and unloading tasks. Experience Proven experience in truck driving Familiarity with driving Stake Body Truck and able to utilize liftgates. Willingness to help perform necessary labor related tasks to help crews with loading and unloading of materials and staging. Ability to operate forklifts safely. Strong understanding of safety regulations related to small commercial trucking.
