Truck Driver Helper

Crown Shred & Recycling is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our Confidential Shredding team as a Pickup Helper. Working alongside a company driver, you will assist with the collection and secure transportation of confidential documents and materials from commercial customers throughout Regina and surrounding areas. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys physical work, takes pride in providing excellent customer service, and understands the importance of protecting confidential information. Responsibilities Include: Assist the driver with daily pickup routes at customer locations. Collect, lift, move, and load secure document containers, boxes, and other confidential materials. Safely handle confidential documents and maintain the security of all materials collected. Follow company procedures for chain of custody, secure handling, and document destruction. Provide professional and courteous customer service while on-site at customer locations. Follow all company safety policies, safe lifting practices, and applicable occupational health and safety requirements. Qualifications: Ability to provide a clean Criminal record check. Valid driver's licence is an asset but not required. Ability to lift and move containers and materials throughout the workday. Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
