Truck driver for Appliance delivery and Installation

Responsibilities Safely operate company vehicles to deliver appliances to residential and commercial locations, adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols Unload appliances from trucks using power tools and manual handling techniques, ensuring damage-free delivery Install appliances accurately by following schematics, electrical wiring diagrams, plumbing instructions, and manufacturer guidelines Troubleshoot equipment issues on-site, including refrigeration systems, electrical components, and mechanical parts, to ensure proper operation before leaving the customer’s location Use hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other equipment to assemble and secure appliances during installation Provide outstanding customer service by explaining appliance features, answering questions, and addressing any concerns professionally Conduct routine maintenance checks on delivery trucks and equipment to ensure safe operation and compliance with company standards Requirements Proven experience as a delivery driver with a focus on appliance or field service delivery preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in appliance repair, electrical work, plumbing, refrigeration systems, and equipment troubleshooting Ability to read schematics and technical diagrams for installation and repair purposes Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other mechanical equipment necessary for installation tasks Knowledge of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations) practices for appliances and related systems Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely; clean driving record preferred Excellent customer service skills with clear communication abilities Ability to lift heavy appliances repeatedly while maintaining safety standards Familiarity with electrical experience and field service procedures is highly desirable Join us in delivering more than just appliances—bring expertise, enthusiasm, and exceptional service to every customer interaction!
