Job Overview EXPERIENCED OTR DRIVER WANTED – 26 FT BOX TRUCK LOCATION REQUIREMENT: CONNECTICUT OR NEARBY STATES ONLY! We are currently seeking an experienced, dependable driver for a 26-foot box truck based in Fairfield, Connecticut. IMPORTANT: Applicants MUST reside in Connecticut or a nearby state and be able to reliably return to the truck's designated parking location in Connecticut after every OTR run. PAY: 25% OF EVERY LOAD WORK SCHEDULE – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: This position operates on a repeating 3-week-on / 3-day-off schedule. 21 days OTR: The driver will spend three consecutive weeks on the road, traveling nationwide and completing dispatched loads. Return to Connecticut: At the end of the three weeks, the driver must return the truck to its designated parking location in Connecticut. 3 days off: Once the truck is returned, the driver will have three consecutive days off for personal time and rest. Back on the road: After those three days, the driver begins another three-week OTR run. This cycle repeats continuously: 3 weeks on the road, 3 days off, then another 3 weeks on the road. Drivers must be comfortable with extended periods away from home. The three days off are not provided every weekend. DRIVER REQUIREMENTS: Previous experience operating a 26-foot box truck Valid driver's license and DOT medical card Clean driving record Experience using ELD systems Experience operating a liftgate and pallet jack preferred Dependable, professional, and willing to travel nationwide Strict drug-free policy ⚠ PLEASE DO NOT APPLY IF YOU CANNOT COMMIT TO THE 21-DAY OTR / 3-DAY OFF SCHEDULE OR RELIABLY RETURN TO CONNECTICUT.
