Role Description This is a full-time, OTR Truck Driver role based in Cullman, AL. The Truck Driver is responsible for safely operating a truck to transport freight, following assigned routes and schedules, and complying with all DOT and company safety regulations. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, securing and unloading freight as needed, completing logs and delivery documentation accurately, and communicating with dispatch and logistics teams about load status or delays. The role also involves maintaining clean, well-kept equipment, practicing defensive driving, and representing WBT professionally with customers at pickup and delivery locations. Qualifications Candidates should possess CDL Class A and Truck Driving skills, with a clean driving record. Candidates should possess knowledge of DOT Regulations and safe truck operation practices. At least 2 years experience with regional or long-haul driving, and familiarity with ELD systems, is beneficial. Ability to meet physical demands of the job, including sitting for extended periods and occasional lifting. Strong attention to safety, time management, and route planning, with reliable communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent preferred; prior experience in commercial trucking or logistics is an advantage.
