DB Expedited LLC is seeking CDL drivers for an expedited team-driving opportunity operating with FedEx Custom Critical. Experienced drivers and new CDL graduates are welcome to apply. Drive a fleet-owned straight truck, transport specialized freight, and enjoy self-dispatch with control over your home-time schedule. What we offer 60/40 pay split: The driver team collectively receives 60% of load pay; the fleet owner receives 40%. Owner-paid tolls and repairs: The driver team is responsible for fuel. Self-dispatch: Manage your load selections and plan your schedule around accepted loads and service commitments. Flexible home time: Schedule your own home time while remaining available for at least 75% of each month. Super-sleeper comfort: Ask about our 2020 Freightliner Cascadia straight truck with a 116-inch Bolt super sleeper and current equipment availability. New-graduate opportunities: Minimum Class B CDL, subject to carrier approval and applicable qualifications. About the work This is over-the-road team driving involving urgent and specialized freight. FedEx Custom Critical White Glove Services shipments may require temperature control, extra handling care, and close attention to customer requirements. Responsibilities include: Safely operating a straight truck with a co-driver. Completing vehicle inspections and reporting maintenance needs. Following shipment handling, securement, and temperature-control procedures as applicable. Maintaining accurate logs and shipment documentation. Communicating professionally with dispatch, customers, and your co-driver. Meeting applicable safety requirements and delivery commitments. Qualifications Valid, unrestricted Class B or Class A CDL. New graduates welcome, subject to carrier approval. Ability to meet applicable driving-record, DOT physical, drug-testing, and carrier qualification requirements. Willingness to travel over the road as part of a two-driver team. Dependability, attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. Availability for at least 75% of each month. Understanding your pay The 60% driver share is paid to the team collectively, then divided between the drivers according to their agreement. It is calculated before fuel costs, applicable expenses, and taxes. Earnings vary with freight availability and loads completed; no fixed weekly income is guaranteed.
