Truck Driver Dispatcher and Manager

Now Hiring: Full-Time Truck Dispatcher – Harrisburg, AR White Oak Transportation is looking for an experienced Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Harrisburg, Arkansas. This position supports a dedicated account and is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable managing a busy trucking operation. What You’ll Do: Dispatch and manage up to 30 trucks on a dedicated account Coordinate driver schedules, loads, and delivery appointments Monitor daily operations to help ensure safe and on-time deliveries Maintain clear, professional communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams Assist with resolving scheduling, routing, and operational issues Ensure operations remain compliant with DOT and FMCSA regulations What We’re Looking For: Previous trucking dispatch experience is required Strong working knowledge of FMCSA/DOT rules and regulations Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Dependable, professional, and team-oriented If you have trucking dispatch experience and enjoy keeping drivers, freight, and schedules moving, we’d love to hear from you.
