Role Description This full-time, on-site Truck Driver role is based in the Miami–Fort Lauderdale Area. The Truck Driver will operate company trucks to transport freight safely and efficiently, following assigned routes and schedules. Day-to-day tasks include performing pre-trip and post-trip inspections, loading and unloading freight as needed, securing cargo, and completing all required logs and documentation. The driver will adhere to DOT regulations and company safety policies, communicate with dispatch regarding delivery status or issues, and interact professionally with customers at pickup and delivery locations. The role may involve local, regional, or occasional long-distance routes depending on business needs. Qualifications Candidates should possess relevant driving certifications and experience, including CDL Class A and proven Truck Driving skills. Candidates should possess operational and freight handling skills, including safe Unloading procedures and proper Truck operation and care. Candidates should possess knowledge of transportation compliance, including familiarity with DOT Regulations and company safety standards. Clean driving record and ability to pass required background checks and drug screenings. Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to follow route instructions and delivery schedules. Physical ability to lift, move, and secure freight as required by the role. Reliable communication skills and professional conduct when interacting with customers, dispatch, and team members. Previous experience in freight or logistics transportation is preferred but not required.
