Truck Driver Class B CDL

Turri's Italian Foods is seeking an experienced Class B Truck Driver to maintain product integrity from incoming, receiving and storage. Truck Driver transports, pick-up and handle products/materials between our three local locations in a timely manner. This Truck Driver position will work 8:30AM- 5PM Monday-Friday. Weekends may be required, depending on production needs. Travel is between plants in Roseville and Chesterfield, about a 16 mile radius, making approximately 6 trips a day. Pay is $21.25, per hour. After 60 days, it increases to $21.75. TRUCK DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES: Communicate effectively with department, plant and company personnel to ensure smooth operation of the process. Complete all assigned paperwork. Do daily truck inspections before use, notifying supervisor of any conditions that need to be addressed. May operate Hi-Lo or use Pallet Jack to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping-and-receiving platform to storage or work area Operate handheld device for scanning loads and transfer of product between plants Other duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS: One to two years experience as a straight truck driver. Unexpired Class B CDL driver’s license with Air Brake endorsement and medical certification.
