Truck Driver - Class A CDL (REGIONAL & OTR)

We are seeking a Truck Driver CDL - Class A to join our trucking team in Salisbury, MA! (Passport is REQUIRED). You will have your dedicated truck! We DO NOT band-aid fix our trucks. Our equipment is fixed quickly and properly! No exceptions! We offer ''over the road'' work, with the possibility of being home every other night. The majority of our deliveries are in the Greater Boston Area! We are a regional trucking company by design, so if you would also like to drive over longer distances, it's also something you'll get to do! Responsibilities: · YOU are responsible for arriving to you truck on time. It is Your responsibility to give yourself a reasonable amount of time to sign in to your E-Log, pre-trip, ensure the truck/trailer and load are operable, secure, and in safe running order. · It is Your responsibility to understand the routes to the location. (i.e., seeking guidance from fellow drivers and the manager is expected as needed). · Punctuality and professionalism are a must! Our customers' job sites most often require trucks to be on site by 7:00 AM. When arrival times adjust, we do as well. Working well alongside site personnel secures our ability to continue to deliver for all of our customers. So, being understanding of the environment, willing to help, and calm-mannered is a step above helping maintain a safe working atmosphere. · We haul oversized loads as well, so if you're interested in excelling and growing more in the industry, the opportunities will present themselves, whether you're new or seasoned. · What you don't know, you will be happily shown and demonstrated how to execute in coordination with our company guidelines. · Practice courteous and defensive driving, · Obey all traffic laws, signs, signals, and pavement markings, · Drive only when well rested and in good health, · Operate vehicles only when they are safe to operate and in good mechanical condition, · Report and correct work hazards, environmental hazards, and security risks to your supervisor, · Report dangerous road conditions and/or accidents to the authorities and your supervisor, · Keep the vehicle free of clutter and loose items that may create a hazard and · Participate in safety meetings and inspections as necessary. Qualifications: -Previous experience in truck driving or other related fields -Drivers must comply with all rules and regulations of the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), Federal Transit Administration (FTA), and any other governing regulatory agencies. -Commercial driver's license -Ability to handle physical workload -Strong work ethic -Passport to be able to travel to Canada. -Previous experience with flatbed trailers.
