FBX TruckingJob Title: OTR CDL-A Reefer Driver | 55¢/mile | Based in McAllen/Hidalgo, TX About the role FBX Trucking LLC is a Texas-based refrigerated carrier seeking a professional solo OTR driver to haul temperature-controlled freight nationwide. Start and reset out of the McAllen/Hidalgo area. Pay & schedule 55-60¢ per mile (cpm) paid weekly Typical 2,700–3,200 miles per week OTR with weekend driving as needed; hometime coordinated out of TX What you’ll do Operate a 53’ refrigerated tractor-trailer safely across multiple states Maintain cold-chain: set, verify, and document reefer temperatures Protect on-time pickup and delivery; communicate proactively with dispatch Complete ELD logs, DVIRs, and BOLs accurately Care for equipment with thorough pre/post-trip inspections What you’ll need Valid CDL-A and current DOT Medical Card 2+ years verifiable OTR experience (recent reefer preferred) Clean MVR/background acceptable for insurance; able to pass DOT drug screen Professional attitude and strong safety record Equipment Freightliner 2018 and Kenworth 2019 tractors with Utility Reefer 2018, 53’.
