The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods over various distances while adhering to all safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** - Safely operate a tractor-trailer truck - Transport and deliver goods over designated routes - Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle - Maintain accurate driving logs - Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations - Report any incidents or accidents to management immediately **Skills:** - Experience in route driving and regional lanes - Proficiency in operating heavy equipment - Ability to handle refrigerated trailers and flatbeds - Knowledge of forklift operation for loading and unloading freight - Familiarity with automotive repair for minor maintenance tasks - Capability to operate dump trucks for specific assignments The successful candidate should possess a valid commercial driver's license (CDL) and have a clean driving record. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are essential for this role.
