Truck Driver Class A CDL

We are looking for an experienced truck driver to serve our supply chain logistics department in a safe and timely manner. Responsibilities Transport finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants or retail and distribution centers Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions Report defects, accidents or violations Skills Proven work experience as a truck driver Hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, AVL units, CB etc) Knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations Low recent moving or driving violations Valid truck driving license Experience with van, flatbed and end dump is a plus 80% local work, home every night Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week Trucking Driver Type: Company driver Owner-operator Trucking Route: Local Work Days: Monday to Friday Weekends as needed Experience: Driving: 2 years (Required) License/Certification: CDL A (Required) Work Location: In person
