Job Description Type of Driving: Local Dry Bulk; Regional & OTR Dry van/Oversized/Flatbed Home Time: Local Drivers are home daily, Regional and OTR drivers are home weekly Schedule: Our standard schedule is 5 days on, 2 days off Orientation: Orientation will be 1 on 1 with a safety director or safety manager. At-home training consists of about 3.5 hours of videos and ½ hour of paperwork. Average Weekly Miles: 2,300 miles/week Trucks: Freightliners – manual transmission, well maintained, new mattresses, Loves Fuel Program, PrePass Elite and more Type of Freight: 50% Dry Bulk, 40% Flatbed, 10% Dry Van.
